Capris was appointed CEO of Enova in July 2019, bringing with him more than three decades of experience in the energy and environmental services sectors. Prior to joining Enova, he spent nearly two decades within the Veolia Group, holding leadership positions across France, Eastern Europe, and Italy. Most notably, he served as CEO of Siram by Veolia in Italy, where he led initiatives focused on energy efficiency and sustainable operations across multiple industries. He holds an engineering degree from ESME Sudria in Paris, France.

As CEO, Capris is responsible for overseeing Enova’s regional strategy, operational performance, business growth, and sustainability agenda. Under his leadership, the company has continued to strengthen its position as a leading energy and facilities management partner, placing significant emphasis on digital transformation, operational excellence, and customer-centric service delivery. A strong advocate of technology-driven facilities management, he has championed the adoption of advanced analytics, predictive maintenance, and digital platforms that help clients optimise building performance and reduce operating costs.

A key theme of Capris’ leadership has been sustainability. He has consistently promoted the integration of energy efficiency measures, renewable energy solutions, and performance-based contracts that help organisations reduce carbon emissions while improving operational outcomes. Through initiatives such as Energy Performance Contracts, solar PV installations, and Enova’s Hubgrade digital performance platform, the company has supported both public and private sector organisations in advancing their environmental objectives and pursuing net-zero ambitions.

Known for his focus on innovation, sustainability, and people development, Capris has positioned Enova as a partner that helps clients achieve financial, operational, and environmental goals simultaneously. His leadership reflects a belief that facilities management and energy services must evolve beyond traditional service delivery, becoming strategic enablers of smarter, more sustainable, and more resilient built environments across the region.
