Before becoming CEO, Atieh spent more than 20 years within the Emirates Group, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Transguard Global Valuables Management and Emirates Group Security. During this time, he played a key role in the transformation of the UAE’s cash management sector, working closely with banks, financial institutions, regulators, and government entities.

Under his leadership, Transguard has increased its focus on innovation, technology adoption, digital transformation, and operational excellence. The company has pursued strategic partnerships across smart building technologies, artificial intelligence, and advanced business solutions, supporting greater efficiency, sustainability, customer experience, and service performance.

Facilities management remains a core pillar of Transguard’s business. The company supports a diverse portfolio of assets across the UAE, including retail, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, and large-scale developments. Its FM services continue to expand through specialist solutions such as landscaping, rope access, pest control, water tank cleaning, and integrated technical services.

Atieh’s leadership approach is centred on innovation, collaboration, and customer-focused service delivery. His focus on understanding evolving client requirements and building tailored solutions has supported strong business growth, including reported revenues of AED 3.2 billion across the group.
