Amer Khansaheb – Chief Executive Officer & Board Member of Union PropertiesEstablished in 1987, Union Properties has played an important role in the development of some of Dubai’s most recognisable communities and landmark assets. Its portfolio includes Motor City, Uptown Mirdif, Index Tower, Dubai Autodrome, and a diverse range of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Through these destinations, the company has contributed to Dubai’s growth while creating communities designed around connectivity, lifestyle, and long-term value.
Since becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2024, Khansaheb has focused on strengthening the company’s foundations while positioning Union Properties for its next phase of expansion. His leadership reflects a disciplined approach to growth; one that combines the value of the company’s established land portfolio and development heritage with a forward-looking strategy centred on execution, innovation, sustainability, and evolving customer expectations.
Central to this new chapter is the continued evolution of Motor City, one of Union Properties’ defining master-planned communities. Conceived as a destination where residential living, motorsport, leisure, retail, and community experiences come together, Motor City has established a distinctive identity within Dubai. Under Khansaheb’s leadership, Union Properties is building on this foundation through a new generation of developments designed to respond to the city’s growing demand for high-quality, connected, and lifestyle-oriented homes.
Takaya represents a significant milestone in this strategy. Located in the heart of Motor City, the large-scale mixed-use development brings together residences, retail, leisure facilities, landscaped environments, and an extensive range of amenities. Designed around contemporary urban lifestyles, the project reflects Union Properties’ renewed emphasis on thoughtful planning, community wellbeing, and the creation of destinations that extend beyond individual buildings.
Building on this momentum, Union Properties launched Mirdad. With more than 26 indoor and outdoor amenities, the project integrates wellness environments, smart-building technologies, energy-efficient systems, landscaped spaces, and facilities designed to encourage connection and active living.
For Khansaheb, developments such as Takaya and Mirdad represent more than additions to the company’s portfolio. They demonstrate a wider commitment to creating future-ready communities in which architecture, technology, sustainability, wellbeing, and commercial value operate as part of an integrated development philosophy.
His leadership is supported by a multidisciplinary professional background. A civil and environmental engineer by education, Khansaheb holds a Master of Science in Project Management and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. His experience spans real estate development, construction management, financial analysis, investment, and corporate leadership, providing him with a broad perspective on the complete lifecycle of property; from planning and delivery to asset performance and long-term value creation.
Beyond its development portfolio, Union Properties operates a diversified group of subsidiaries and businesses, including Dubai Autodrome, ServeU, The Fitout, EDACOM, GMAMCO, Union Holding, and Tetra Edge. Together, these businesses extend the Group’s capabilities across motorsport and entertainment, facilities management, interior fit-out, community and property management, engineering services, construction, and investment; creating an integrated ecosystem that supports multiple stages of the real estate and built-environment value chain.
This integrated ecosystem gives Union Properties the ability to participate across multiple stages of the real estate value chain while strengthening the experience offered to residents, investors, businesses, and visitors. Khansaheb also serves as Managing Director of Khansaheb Group and as a board member of Bank of Sharjah. His combination of engineering knowledge, construction experience, and financial expertise has shaped a leadership approach grounded in institutional strength, operational accountability, and long-term decision-making.
Through Eng. Amer Khansaheb’s leadership, Union Properties is combining heritage with transformation; building on decades of experience while creating communities shaped by intelligent design, sustainability, connectivity, and quality of life. His vision reflects a belief that the future of real estate will be defined not only by what is built, but by how effectively developments respond to the aspirations of residents, contribute to the wider city, and create enduring value for generations to come.
