Dilara Ajun

Dilara Ajun is an award-winning architect and the Creative Director of ATI, a multidisciplinary design firm where she leads a global portfolio of diverse, high-impact projects. A Dubai Municipality Accredited Unlimited Licensed Architect, Dilara’s career is defined by a deep fascination with how built environments shape human experience and reflect cultural identity.

Her architectural journey began at Istanbul Technical University, where she studied Architecture and Urban Planning, followed by a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development. This academic foundation, coupled with early experience at leading international firms, provided her with a unique perspective that balances design excellence with commercial viability. Since joining ATI, she has been instrumental in steering the firm’s creative vision, ensuring that every project, from master-planned communities to high-rise developments, is rooted in a clear, foundational purpose.

A significant milestone in her career was being named "Young Talent of the Year" at the 2021 Architecture Leader Awards, a recognition that underscored her influence in the region’s design landscape.
