(Image: Off Plan Properties Duba)One Development has launched its flagship mixed-use project: DO Hotels & Residences on Dubai Islands. This new lifestyle destination is designed around immersive experiences, smart technology, and a creative spirit inspired by legendary music icon Amr Diab.
The development is the first of its kind in the region, a boutique hotel infused with musical storytelling and artificial intelligence, brought to life under the One/AD brand. Guests and residents are invited to “Live the Beat,” a concept drawn directly from Amr Diab’s artistic ethos.
More than just a hotel, the project aims to redefine hospitality through soundscapes, mood-based design, and interactive, personalized experiences.
At the launch event held at Dubai Islands, Ali Al Gebely, Founder and Chairman of One Development and Vice Chairman of One/AD, shared the vision:
“This launch marks a defining moment for us. It’s more than hospitality—it’s about what the future holds when innovation, art, and technology come together.”
He added:
“Partnering with Amr Diab lets us shape a destination where guests can truly ‘Live the Beat’—it reflects our ambition to create next-generation lifestyle experiences right here in the UAE.”
