Image: WAMDUBAI, UAE – Al Wasl Investment Company has announced the signing and renewal of sponsorship agreements and strategic partnerships for the 2026-2027 sports season, bringing together 14 sponsors and strategic partners in what is the largest sponsorship portfolio in the club's history, according to WAM.
The expanded sponsorship programme forms part of the company's strategy to establish long-term partnerships while strengthening Al Wasl Club's investment and commercial ecosystem in support of its sporting and developmental objectives.
The announcement was made during an official ceremony at One&Only One Za'abeel in Dubai, attended by H.E. Mohammed Saeed Al Shehhi, Director-General of the Office of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; Dr. Muhammad Ahmed bin Fahad, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Wasl Club; Fardan Al Fardan, Chairman of Al Wasl Investment Company; members of the club's Board of Directors and representatives of sponsoring and partner organisations.
Fardan Al Fardan described the signing of 14 sponsorship agreements as a historic milestone for the club.
"Today, we are proud to announce these partnerships that bring together a distinguished group of leading national companies, reflecting the level of confidence enjoyed by Al Wasl Club, the strength of its brand, as well as the position the club has reached as a distinguished investment destination for partners from various sectors," he said.
Al Fardan added:
"What makes us even prouder is the continuation of a number of our partners with us for more than 10 seasons, which confirms that our relationships are built on trust and mutual success, rather than short-term contracts. At the same time, we welcome the addition of new partners, and we look forward to building long-term and sustainable relationships that create real value for all parties."
He said the diversity of sponsors demonstrates the success of the club's strategy in attracting partners from multiple sectors while creating new opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
"At Al Wasl, we view sponsorship as a strategic partnership that goes beyond marketing rights, becoming a relationship built on trust, a shared vision, and achieving success for everyone. Together with our partners, we look forward to an exceptional season in which Al Wasl continues its journey of achievements on and off the pitch," he added.
The sponsorship programme begins with the renewal of HUNA as the Official Sponsor of Al Wasl Club and the first football team for a third consecutive season.
Dubai Real Estate Centre also renewed its agreement to continue as the club's Platinum Sponsor for a fifth consecutive season.
Among the new additions is Dubai Investments, which joins as the club's Gold Sponsor, with its logo appearing on the first team's match jerseys throughout the new season.
Al Wasl also signed an agreement with EMICOOL, which becomes the club's Sustainability Partner, supporting the club's commitment to sustainability while enhancing services provided to players.
In the financial sector, Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) has been appointed the Official Banking Partner of the first football team, with its logo appearing on the shoulders of the team's jerseys.
The club renewed its partnership with Tadawi Healthcare Group, which continues as a sponsor for the sixth consecutive year, supporting the health and wellbeing of players through comprehensive medical services.
Al Wasl also signed a three-season agreement with Namat Development, which becomes the Official Infrastructure and Development Partner and Official Training Kit Sponsor. The partnership includes delivering infrastructure improvements and facility upgrades across the club.
Meanwhile, Al Wathba National Insurance Company extended its role as the club's Official Insurance Partner for a 10th consecutive season, continuing to provide integrated insurance solutions for the first football team.
Car Fare joins the club as its Official Mobility Partner, supplying a fleet of luxury vehicles for players while featuring its branding on the team's training kits.
To strengthen fan engagement, Dream Dubai has been appointed the club's Fan Engagement Partner, introducing interactive activities, competitions and exclusive prizes throughout the season.
As part of its growing commercial portfolio, Dubai Refreshments Company, through its Gatorade brand, joins as the club's Official Hydration Partner, while Parkonic has been appointed Smart Mobility Solutions Partner.
Masafi Water Company also renewed its partnership for a fifth consecutive year as the club's Official Water Partner, continuing to supply water to all club teams while providing branded bottles featuring the Al Wasl Club identity.
The sponsorship portfolio concludes with the renewal of Puma as the club's official sportswear supplier for a second consecutive season.
Under the renewed agreement, Puma will continue supplying kits and sports equipment to the first football team and all club teams. The partnership will also see the official first-team kits launched through Puma retail stores, expanding access for supporters while strengthening the club's commercial presence and brand identity.
The expanded sponsorship portfolio reinforces Al Wasl's strategy of building long-term commercial partnerships that support both sporting success and sustainable business growth.
