BATUMI, GEORGIA – HOLM Developments has announced its international expansion with the launch of its first residential development at Ambassadori Island in Batumi, Georgia.

The project marks HOLM's first development outside the UAE and follows the company's continued growth in Dubai, where it has delivered several residential projects in Jumeirah Garden City. According to the developer, the expansion reflects its long-term strategy of entering markets with strong fundamentals and sustained growth potential.

As part of its expansion plans, HOLM has also secured 10 additional development plots within Ambassadori Island, supporting its long-term commitment to the Georgian market and future development pipeline.

Landmark Waterfront Development

HOLM's new project will form part of Ambassadori Island, a landmark waterfront destination on the Black Sea that will integrate residential, hospitality, retail, entertainment, marina and public spaces within a master-planned community.

The destination is expected to become one of Batumi's most recognised waterfront developments, with HOLM's residential project contributing to its long-term vision.

Sergey Avayan, Founder and CEO of HOLM Developments, said:

"We didn't choose Batumi because it was the next opportunity. We chose it because we believe in where the city is heading. At HOLM, we've always looked for places with strong foundations and long-term potential.

As we begin this new chapter, our approach remains the same: understand what makes a place unique, build with purpose, and think beyond the next project. Dubai will always be home, and we're excited to now become part of Batumi's story."

Growing Investment Destination

Georgia has continued to strengthen its appeal among international investors, supported by a growing economy, investor-friendly policies and an expanding tourism sector.

Batumi, in particular, has experienced increasing demand for waterfront developments and continues to attract investment from regional and international buyers.

HOLM Developments said further details of its debut residential project in Georgia will be announced in the coming months.
