Lawncrest is the fifth residential project Zimaya has brought to market in Dubai. The developer tied the launch to the city’s continued pull for homebuyers and investors worldwide, which it put down to Dubai’s international appeal and its long-term vision for development.
Of the five projects Zimaya has launched so far, four have sold out, the company said. Its other schemes, listed on its website, are Celeste Heights and a townhouse project in Al Furjan, Belle Rêve in Jumeirah Village Circle and Belle Vie in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Zimaya describes its homes as a mix of practical layouts, quality finishes and considered design. Between them, the members of its management team have more than 30 years of experience across real estate, design, planning and construction delivery.
The ten-storey building will hold 183 homes, split between studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and looks out over the greens of Jumeirah Golf Estates. The developer said the floor plans were drawn to make the most of space and daylight and to work well day to day.
According to Zimaya, the Dubai Production City site gives residents access to key destinations and to established residential communities across the city.
A studio at Lawncrest starts at $162,015 (AED 595,000), and larger homes are also on offer. Zimaya said buyers can choose from payment options meant to give them flexibility, and that the homes put the focus on quality finishes and contemporary living.

It works with renowned interior designers and established brands, among them Teka, which supplies kitchen appliances, and it has a partnership with Technogym aimed at residents’ lifestyle experiences. Home automation systems are also part of its approach to functional, modern homes.
Sales started quickly. Zimaya said nearly 50 percent of Lawncrest’s units had been sold within three weeks of the launch, and it took that early take-up as encouragement to keep shaping new schemes around buyer preferences and demand.
Muhammad Arsalan Tabani, Director of Zimaya Properties, said: “We have several exciting projects in the pipeline, including a beachfront residential development on Dubai Islands, a boutique commercial project in Arjan, and further opportunities in Dubai Production City and beyond. The strong response to Lawncrest reflects the resilience of Dubai’s real estate market and its continued appeal to buyers from diverse nationalities, both residents and international investors.”
The company said the early demand points to lasting confidence in Dubai’s housing market among buyers of many nationalities, UAE residents and overseas investors alike, and that it has strengthened Zimaya’s own faith in the market and its intention to keep building in the emirate’s real estate sector.
Next on Zimaya’s list are the beachfront homes on Dubai Islands and the boutique commercial building in Arjan, alongside further opportunities in Dubai Production City and other parts of the city.
