Wynn Al Marjan Island Unveils Exclusive Townhomes at Enclave

RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE: Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled Townhomes, a new collection of ultra-private accommodation within Enclave, the boutique hotel at the upcoming destination resort in Ras Al Khaimah.

Inspired by the aristocratic urban mansions of Paris, known as hôtels particuliers, the Townhomes are positioned at the heart of the resort while designed to provide a distinct sense of privacy and separation.

Accessed through the Royal Foyer, the residences will provide immediate access to the wider Wynn Al Marjan Island destination while remaining architecturally and experientially removed. They will be available by exclusive reservation only.

The Townhomes join the Marina and Ocean Estates and the Apartments as three distinct ways to experience Enclave.

A New Category of Accommodation

According to Wynn, the collection has been conceived to move beyond conventional resort villas and penthouses, combining the scale and character of a private residence with access to the wider resort.

"Townhomes move beyond the traditional idea of a villa or penthouse," said Todd-Avery Lenahan, President & Chief Creative Officer, Wynn Design & Development. "This is an entirely different category of accommodation, defined by privacy, scale, and a level of residential design rarely found in a resort setting.”

The Townhomes are intended for guests seeking access to the broader resort experience while retaining a highly private residential environment.

Each accommodation has been designed with an emphasis on craftsmanship, permanence and individuality, drawing on the qualities associated with high-end private residences.

Townhomes Span Up to 1,110 Square Metres

Among the resort's most exclusive accommodation offerings, the two-level Townhomes range from 630 sq m for two-bedroom layouts to 1,110 sq m for four-bedroom layouts.

Each Townhome is anchored by expansive primary suites and dedicated private spa facilities, including a hammam and tepidarium.

The interiors also incorporate a series of salons designed for living and entertaining, including living and dining rooms, a dedicated library, billiards salon and media room. A contemporary kitchen, bar and additional entertaining spaces complete the residential offering.

Soaring vaulted ceilings, grand staircases and refined architectural detailing are intended to create a sense of volume and progression throughout the interiors.

Private Courtyards, Plunge Pools and Wellness Facilities

The experience extends outdoors through a fully enclosed landscaped courtyard featuring multiple plunge pools, complemented by dedicated wellness facilities.

While the Townhomes are not located within the main tower, they form part of Enclave, described as a destination within Wynn Al Marjan Island.

With the addition of the Townhomes, Enclave will comprise 323 accommodations across suites, Apartments, Townhomes, and Marina and Ocean Estates.

Private Beachfront and 24-Hour Butler Service

Townhome guests will have privileged access to a private beachfront, alongside tailored in-accommodation amenities created specifically for the collection.

The service offering will include dedicated 24-hour butler and culinary staff, as well as private chauffeured transportation.

The Townhomes add another accommodation category to Wynn Al Marjan Island as the Ras Al Khaimah resort continues to develop its hospitality offering, combining private residential-style spaces with access to the wider destination.
