Sweid One Signs The Executive Centre for Premium DMCC Workspace

DUBAI, UAE - Sweid & Sweid, the Dubai-based real estate development and investment firm, has signed a partnership agreement with The Executive Centre (TEC) to operate more than 53,000 sq. ft. of premium flexible workspace at Sweid One, its flagship Grade A commercial development in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), located within the DMCC free zone.

The agreement marks TEC’s entry into the DMCC ecosystem and further expands its presence across the UAE’s leading commercial districts, reinforcing growing demand for premium, flexible workplace solutions in Dubai’s evolving office market.

The new location will complement TEC’s existing UAE portfolio, which includes approximately 96,875 sq. ft. at Dubai World Trade Centre, 32,292 sq. ft. at One Za’abeel, and 53,820 sq. ft. at Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).

At Sweid One, TEC will occupy two full floors, creating a premium flexible workspace destination designed to serve both established enterprises and high-growth businesses.

The facility will feature private offices, collaborative workspaces, executive meeting suites, boardrooms, and event facilities, supported by dedicated on-site teams and enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Designed to accommodate immediate occupancy while enabling future expansion, the workspace model offers occupiers the flexibility to scale operations without the long-term commitments associated with traditional office leasing.

The partnership reflects a broader shift toward hospitality-led workplace environments that combine operational flexibility, premium amenities, and strategic locations.

Strengthening Sweid One’s Commercial Ecosystem

Located in the heart of JLT within DMCC, Sweid One spans approximately 1 million sq. ft. of built-up area, including around 500,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space.
