Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – August 18, 2025 – Diriyah Company has officially announced the launch of the Aman Residences, Amansamar in Wadi Safar, adding to its growing portfolio of branded residential offerings in the Kingdom.
The unveiling introduces a limited collection of Aman-branded residences comprising ultra-luxury villas and private estates, each featuring five or six bedrooms. These homes form part of the integrated Amansamar community within the prestigious Wadi Safar master plan, one of Diriyah Company’s signature developments.
Set on expansive plots starting from 9,000 sqm, the residences promise unmatched privacy, refined living, and access to a host of premium amenities. These include a Greg Norman-designed championship golf course, the Royal Diriyah Equestrian and Polo Club, an Aman Spa with a hammam and banya, a Racquet Club, swimming pools, curated dining experiences, and exclusive membership in the global Aman Club.
The Aman Residences will be located alongside an 80-key Aman hotel, together creating Amansamar – an ultra-luxury branded destination and the first Aman Residences in Saudi Arabia.

Drawing from Aman’s ethos of peace and “samar,” the Arabic tradition of storytelling at dusk, Amansamar reflects the cultural and natural heritage of the surrounding desert. Designed by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston Architects, both the hotel and residences embrace Aman’s signature minimalist design while offering panoramic desert views and a sense of immersive tranquility.
Diriyah Company Group CEO, Jerry Inzerillo, commented:
“This sales launch marks another significant milestone in our ongoing development of the Wadi Safar master plan, and we are enormously proud to be partnering with Aman Group, a truly exceptional developer of unique places to stay and to live in. Amansamar will be an outstanding addition to our growing hospitality portfolio and we anticipate significant demand for these wonderful branded residences and the luxurious lifestyle they will offer.”
Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group, added:
“The launch of Aman Residences, Amansamar, marks a defining moment for Aman in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reflecting our deep respect for the country’s cultural heritage, natural beauty, and traditions, Aman Residences, Amansamar will introduce an unmatched standard of privacy, design, and service that is synonymous with the Aman lifestyle. Positioned in the prestigious and historic Wadi Safar, just moments from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Diriyah, this development offers our loyal followers a rare opportunity to immerse themselves in an extraordinary setting, surrounded by history while enjoying the very best of Aman.”
The Aman Residences in Wadi Safar represent the latest addition to a series of world-class hospitality brands bringing exclusive luxury homes to Diriyah and Wadi Safar. Demand for previously launched residences has been strong, positioning Diriyah Company as a leading developer of luxury living concepts in the Kingdom.
Diriyah – often referred to as the City of Earth – is expected to contribute approximately USD 18.6 billion (SAR 70 billion) directly to Saudi Arabia’s GDP. The mega-development will create nearly 180,000 jobs and become home to an estimated 100,000 residents. It will also deliver modern office space for professionals across technology, media, the arts, and education, in addition to cultural landmarks such as the Royal Diriyah Opera House, the Diriyah Arena, museums, a university, approximately 40 world-class resorts and hotels, and numerous dining destinations.
With the launch of Amansamar, Diriyah Company continues to redefine luxury living in Saudi Arabia, blending global hospitality excellence with the Kingdom’s rich cultural heritage.
