RIYADH, Saudi Arabia – July 8, 2025 – Aman Group, the renowned ultra-luxury hospitality brand, has announced its entry into Saudi Arabia’s residential real estate market with the launch of its first branded residences, Amansamar, located in the prestigious Wadi Safar region near Riyadh.
This strategic expansion reflects Saudi Arabia’s ongoing transformation under Vision 2030, positioning the Kingdom as a magnet for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and international investors. Amansamar, meaning "desert moon," is designed to offer an unmatched lifestyle that blends cultural heritage, architectural elegance, and Aman’s world-famous service.
Perched on dramatic desert cliffs in Wadi Safar, Amansamar will feature residences, a luxury Aman hotel, and extensive wellness and lifestyle amenities. The development is a collaboration with Diriyah Company and aims to set a new benchmark for understated elegance in the Middle East. Wadi Safar, known for its natural beauty and rich heritage, provides an exceptional canvas for the brand’s philosophy of peaceful, immersive luxury.
Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group, emphasised the firm’s commitment to KSA, stating that the kingdom’s rich heritage, culture and exceptional landscapes inspired its expansion.
This marks a significant moment for Aman as it continues to expand in the region. The project will complement the Kingdom’s broader efforts to redefine its tourism and real estate sectors through high-end, experience-led offerings.
Construction timelines and pricing details are yet to be announced, but industry analysts expect strong interest from both regional and international buyers seeking privacy, prestige, and unparalleled quality.
