Construction progress at the Sky Support Complex within Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub at Dubai South. Image: WAMDUBAI, UAE – Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH), the aerospace platform of Dubai South, has announced that construction of its Sky Support Complex is progressing on schedule and is expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2026, according to WAM.
The project marks another milestone in MBRAH's ongoing infrastructure expansion, supporting the growing requirements of the aviation and aerospace sectors while strengthening Dubai's position as a global aviation hub.
Strategically located within the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone, the Sky Support Complex is a landside development spanning 16,661 square metres. The facility comprises 14 premium units designed to accommodate a wide range of aviation-related businesses.
Upon completion, tenants will have access to flexible warehouse, office and commercial spaces, supported by dedicated landside access and direct connectivity to Al Maktoum International Airport and the wider Dubai South ecosystem.
Located within a bonded free zone, the complex will also provide 100% foreign ownership, modern infrastructure and a business-friendly operating environment tailored to companies across the aviation supply chain.
