Abu Dhabi, UAE - LEAD Development has unveiled RIMAS at LIVEX 2026, introducing a community of 167 villas on Abu Dhabi’s Jubail Island. The homes are planned among the island’s mangroves and waterways, with a waterfront promenade and a trail linking residents to Jubail Island Mangrove Park.
The collection comprises 76 four-bedroom villas, 76 five-bedroom villas and 15 six-bedroom villas. RIMAS occupies approximately 542,351 square metres between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island.
Homes and waterfront amenities
Plans for the community include a beach, resort-style swimming pool, beachfront gym, kayak station and sports courts. Walking, running and cycling routes will connect its residential areas and waterfront spaces. The Mangrove Trail will also link RIMAS to Abu Dhabi Royal Equestrian Arts.
The villas will be offered with two exterior palettes, Breeze and Ember, and two interior palettes, Sienna and Ash. LEAD co-founder and managing partner Mounir Haidar said the community was designed to bring nature and wellbeing into residents’ daily lives.
Jubail Island’s next phase
RIMAS joins Jubail Island as the wider development moves through its handover phase. More than 1,000 homes had been completed and handed over across the island by April 2026. LEAD’s RIMAS project page lists the community’s planned completion for the first quarter of 2030.
