H&H Reimagines Canal-side Living With Eden House "The Park"

Dubai, UAE: Eden House The Park, developed by H&H and owned by Global Partners Ltd, is a nature-led residential community situated along the Dubai Water Canal. Led by dxb lab, the architecture adopts a natural modernist approach. Dark oxidised metal, warm wood, polished concrete, textured sandy plaster, honed limestone, and aggregate terrazzo stone create a tactile material palette engineered to age gracefully. The deliberate spacing of the structures maximises natural airflow, creates shaded canopies, and frames open views toward the canal, the green core, and the Dubai skyline.

The landscape design, developed by WAHO, draws direct inspiration from the native flora and ecological character of Al Safa Park. Drought-tolerant, layered planting and tiered stone steps manage the site's natural topography, establishing a fluid indoor-outdoor connection that turns the surrounding gardens into an organic extension of the home.

The interiors, curated by H&H Interior Design, bring together organic textures, warm tones and natural materials to create a refined and welcoming residential environment. Ground-floor lobbies welcome residents with decorative panelling, sculptural furnishings, and green fusion marble. Inside the residences, open-grained oak and ash veneers pair with nickel ironmongery, marble kitchen backsplashes, and bronze metal accents.
