DUBAI, UAE – Emaar Development has entered into a strategic collaboration with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) to enhance the home-buying experience by offering eligible customers streamlined financing solutions across its portfolio of ready and off-plan residential developments in Dubai.

According to WAM, the collaboration combines ADCB's mortgage expertise with Emaar Development's residential portfolio to provide a more seamless and digitally enabled financing journey for buyers purchasing both completed and under-construction properties.

The initiative is designed to simplify the financing process while offering greater flexibility to customers seeking to purchase homes within Emaar Development's communities.

As part of the collaboration, eligible buyers will have access to competitive financing rates, together with an off-plan mortgage solution that provides annually renewable pre-approval until project handover.

The financing structure allows qualifying customers to secure pre-approval for up to 50% of a property's value. The initial approval remains valid for 12 months and can be renewed annually throughout the construction period, providing buyers with greater certainty while their property is being completed.

The collaboration reflects continued efforts by developers and financial institutions to improve accessibility to home financing and support demand across Dubai's ready and off-plan residential market.
