Dubai, UAE – September 11, 2025 - Dubai has officially launched The VIP Terminal Boulevard at the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH), a landmark 204,000 sq. m development designed to draw global aviation firms and premium luxury retailers. The project is part of MBRAH’s strategy to expand its integrated aviation ecosystem and create a world-class offering in the region.
Details of the Boulevard
The VIP Terminal Boulevard, which stretches 769 meters and includes 16 premium buildings, is positioned immediately next to the VIP Terminal, a facility already recording strong growth in business aviation traffic.
Construction has begun on Aviation One, a six-storey building within the boulevard, featuring modern architectural design and advanced functional layouts.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Dubai Airports, and Emirates Airline & Group, emphasized aviation’s foundational role in Dubai’s economy and the importance of the VIP Terminal Boulevard:

The growing demand for aviation services in the emirate is a direct reflection of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum... The VIP Terminal Boulevard is a significant addition to the world-class facilities at Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub. It will open new opportunities for leading aviation companies and luxury brands to flourish, while further strengthening Dubai’s position as a premier destination for companies and a key player on the global aviation map.”
MBRAH, located within Dubai South, is a free-zone area offering strong connectivity and infrastructure. It hosts maintenance centres, training and education campuses, and serves key industry players including airlines, private jet operators, MROs (maintenance, repair, overhaul facilities), and related aviation sectors.
The VIP Terminal Boulevard is being built in phases, beginning in 2026. Once complete, it will provide state-of-the-art facilities and retail outlets, directly supporting the increasing demand for aviation services and luxury retail presence in Dubai.
