Dubai Investments Reports 29% Increase in H1 2026 Profit Before Tax

Dubai Investments reported a 29% increase in H1 2026 profit before tax to AED702.8 million, supported by strong real estate and manufacturing performance.

DUBAI, UAE – Dubai Investments reported a strong financial performance for the first half of 2026, with profit before tax rising 29% year-on-year to AED702.8 million (US$191.3 million), supported by resilient performance across its diversified portfolio and continued momentum in its core business segments.

Profit after tax attributable to the owners of the company increased 28% to AED642.4 million (US$174.9 million), compared with AED502.2 million (US$136.7 million) during the corresponding period in 2025.

For the three months ended 30 June 2026, Dubai Investments reported profit before tax of AED517.7 million (US$140.9 million), representing a 43% increase compared with AED361.4 million (US$98.4 million) in the same period last year.

Profit after tax attributable to the owners of the company rose 42% to AED471.1 million (US$128.2 million), compared with AED331.3 million (US$90.2 million) in the second quarter of 2025.

The improved profitability was driven by strong performance across the Group's core business segments, underpinned by resilient operating fundamentals and continued momentum across its diversified portfolio.

The real estate segment remained a major contributor to the Group's performance during the reporting period, supported by recurring rental income from its portfolio of income-generating assets and the continued execution of its flagship development projects.

The manufacturing segment also delivered a solid performance, benefiting from improved operational efficiencies.

Total income for the six-month period reached AED2.04 billion (US$555.4 million), compared with AED1.89 billion (US$514.5 million) during the same period in 2025.

As of 30 June 2026, total assets stood at AED23.88 billion (US$6.50 billion), up from AED23.28 billion (US$6.34 billion) at the end of 2025. Equity attributable to the owners of the company reached AED14.49 billion (US$3.95 billion).

Recent developments in the healthcare sector, including the acquisition of the remaining 80% stake in Clemenceau Medical Centre Hospital Dubai, further support the Group's long-term diversification strategy and reinforce its presence in sectors with strong structural growth potential.
