Dubai Holding Real Estate and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) have signed a partnership to provide off-plan home financing for buyers across selected Nakheel and Meraas developments in Dubai.

Eligible buyers at Palm Jebel Ali, The Acres and Nad Al Sheba Gardens can access financing after paying 50% of the property's value to the developer, regardless of construction progress.

The arrangement aims to give buyers greater certainty about their payment obligations from purchase through to handover.

ADCB offers rates from 3.49%Bold

Eligible buyers can receive financing pre-approvals valid for up to 18 months. The package offers rates starting from 3.49% per annum, fixed for three years, with processing and valuation fees waived.

Customers will also have access to digital onboarding, rewards and support through ADCB Mortgage Centres.

The 18-month pre-approval period for Dubai Holding Real Estate clients differs from ADCB's broader off-plan mortgage offer, which currently advertises 12-month pre-approval with annual renewal for participating developers. The bank's general offer includes financing of up to 50% of a property's value for eligible customers, with rates starting from 3.49%.

Financing across the wider portfolioBold

The arrangement initially applies to Nakheel's Palm Jebel Ali and Meraas' The Acres and Nad Al Sheba Gardens. Dubai Holding Real Estate's portfolio includes Nakheel, Meraas and Dubai Properties.

Buyers at other residential communities developed by these three brands can also access ADCB off-plan financing once the required construction milestones have been reached.

ADCB joins other banks that have partnered with Dubai Holding Real Estate on home financing. The developer announced agreements with Emirates NBD in April, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in May and Commercial Bank of Dubai in June 2026.
