DMCC appoints NEB as consultant for world’s first Web3 commercial tower

Dubai, UAE – October 10, 2025: The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), the global business district driving international trade through Dubai, has appointed the National Engineering Bureau (NEB) as the design and supervision consultant for the upcoming Crypto Tower, the world’s first commercial tower dedicated entirely to Web3 and digital assets.

Developed in partnership with REIT Development, the Crypto Tower will act as the centerpiece of Dubai’s rapidly expanding digital economy. Designed to accommodate the growing Web3 ecosystem, it will serve as the primary business address for more than 700 crypto and blockchain companies already based within DMCC.

A global landmark for digital innovation

The Crypto Tower represents a new milestone in Dubai’s journey to become a global hub for digital innovation, fintech, and blockchain technology.
