Sydney, Australia - BNW Developments has opened an office in Sydney, giving the UAE property developer a local base for Australian investors, wealth advisers and real estate partners.

The office is in Bella Vista, northwest of central Sydney. BNW marked its launch on September 24 with an event that the company said brought together more than 300 guests from Australia’s investment and real estate sectors. A local base for UAE property sales

Headquartered in Dubai, BNW develops residential and hospitality projects in Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai. The company said its portfolio comprises 13 launched projects and 16 in the pipeline, with a gross development value of AED 32 billion. The Sydney office will allow its team to present those projects directly to Australian buyers and work with local advisers and brokerage partners.

Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, said: “Australian investors are increasingly looking beyond their domestic market and asking different questions about where their capital can be deployed, the income a property can generate and the broader benefits of international diversification. The UAE offers a very different proposition to Australia, combining an established international property sector with strong tourism and population growth, attractive tax settings and a pathway to long-term residency for eligible investors. With our Sydney office, we can bring our local market knowledge and development pipeline directly to Australian investors, while providing the level of service and guidance they expect when making an international property investment.”

The company has framed its Australian expansion against changes to domestic property investment rules. Australia’s 2026–27 federal budget announced reforms to negative gearing and capital gains tax that are scheduled to take effect from July 2027.

Projects in Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai

Much of BNW’s development pipeline is concentrated in Ras Al Khaimah, particularly Al Marjan Island, RAK Central and Marjan Beach. Its projects include Tonino Lamborghini Residences on Al Marjan Island and Radisson Blu Hotels and Radisson Blu Residences at RAK Central.

BNW has also announced Dolce Residences by Wyndham on Al Marjan Island, planned to include 93 residential units and five retail spaces. The Sydney opening extends the developer’s presence beyond the UAE and gives Australian buyers a point of contact as BNW markets its current and planned projects.
