Bugatti Residences by Binghatti. Image: Binghatti Holding Ltd.Dubai, UAE: Dubai-based developer Binghatti continues to demonstrate strong market performance, with stable sales activity and minimal cancellations despite ongoing regional tensions.
According to the developer, weekly sales have remained consistent at approximately $136 million (AED500 million), broadly in line with pre-conflict levels. This steady performance highlights the resilience of Dubai’s real estate sector, particularly within the luxury and branded residential segments.
Binghatti reported that cancellation rates have remained below 1% since the beginning of March, aligning with the company’s historical averages. The low level of cancellations suggests continued confidence among buyers, even as broader geopolitical developments introduce uncertainty across regional markets.
The data indicates that investors remain committed to long-term real estate positions in Dubai, supported by strong market fundamentals, regulatory transparency, and the emirate’s continued global appeal.

The developer’s flagship project, Mercedes-Benz Places by Binghatti, has recorded an absorption rate of approximately 50% since its launch, reflecting robust demand for branded and design-led residential offerings.
The project forms part of a growing trend in Dubai’s luxury property market, where branded residences continue to attract high-net-worth buyers seeking differentiated lifestyle experiences and long-term asset value.
Binghatti also confirmed that nearly 90% of its units scheduled for delivery in 2026 have already been sold, providing strong forward visibility for revenue and project delivery.
In addition, around two-thirds of the company’s gross development value (GDV) is currently secured under construction, reinforcing execution certainty and supporting ongoing development timelines.
