The visionary project represents a total investment value of USD 8.2 billion (AED 30 billion) and marks a new chapter in the long-standing partnership between the two brands.
Building on the international success of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai, the collaboration introduces Mercedes-Benz’s second branded residential development with Binghatti. The project also represents a major milestone for the developer, as Binghatti City becomes the company’s first-ever masterplanned community.
Spanning approximately 10 million square feet in Dubai’s Meydan area, Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City is positioned as one of the emirate’s most ambitious urban developments to date. Conceived as a multi-tower branded city, the masterplan will integrate a collection of Mercedes-Benz residential towers within a cohesive urban ecosystem.
The development brings together luxury living, mobility innovation, and Mercedes-Benz’s Sensual Purity design philosophy, unified through a community-centric vision designed to redefine next-generation urban living.
Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City is envisioned as a fully self-sustained urban destination, integrating every aspect of modern life within a walkable, connected environment. The masterplan will feature luxury residences, cultural and leisure districts, retail boulevards, parks and green corridors, mobility hubs, wellness and sports zones, as well as dining, entertainment and community spaces.
The result is a comprehensive lifestyle offering that prioritises comfort, convenience, mobility, access to nature and culture, and design excellence.
