AVENEW Development and KORA Properties have launched the $1.63 billion O1NE District mixed-use development in Dubai's Motor City. Image: SuppliedDUBAI, UAE – AVENEW Development and KORA Properties have officially launched O1NE District, a US$1.63 billion (AED6 billion) mixed-use destination in Motor City, marking the first major milestone following the strategic joint venture announced by the two companies earlier this year.
The launch introduces a new business, retail and lifestyle destination in one of Dubai's established communities and reflects the partners' shared vision of creating an integrated mixed-use environment.
Positioned adjacent to Dubai Autodrome, O1NE District will comprise six commercial towers, an integrated retail destination, healthcare facilities and landscaped public spaces, with direct access to Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, and the future Al Maktoum International Airport.
The launch also marks the sales release of DAWN, the first Grade A office tower within the wider masterplan.
Designed to accommodate businesses of all sizes, DAWN offers flexible office floorplates, generous floor-to-floor heights and direct air-conditioned connectivity to the district's retail destination. The building will feature a concierge-serviced super lobby, landscaped podium terraces, outdoor workspaces, sky gardens and rooftop dining venues.
The office spaces have also been designed to maximise natural daylight, creating flexible workplaces suited to evolving business requirements.
Complementing the commercial offering, the retail destination will include restaurants, cafés and everyday convenience outlets, creating an active environment beyond traditional office hours.
