Abu Dhabi, UAE – September 15, 2025 - Aldar has announced the complete sell-out of 450 townhomes at Al Deem, a vibrant new Emirati community located in the northeast of Yas Island. The development generated over USD 490 million (AED 1.8 billion) in sales, underscoring the strong demand for high-quality, family-focused communities among Emirati families and reaffirming Aldar’s commitment to delivering homes tailored to the diverse needs of Abu Dhabi residents.

  • 56% of customers were first-time Aldar buyers, while repeat customers made up 44%.
  • 63% of buyers intend to live in Al Deem, showing strong end-user demand rather than purely investment-driven purchases.
  • 64% of buyers are under the age of 45, indicating a younger demographic actively entering the housing market.
  • 84% of buyers currently reside in Abu Dhabi, with the remaining 16% coming from other Emirates across the UAE.

These figures reflect the growing interest among young families and first-time homeowners in vibrant, community-driven developments.
