The launch follows the complete sellout of villas in the first phase, which generated $1.36 billion (AED 5 billion) in sales, reflecting sustained appetite for communities designed around wellness, biodiversity and long-term liveability.
Developed as part of Aldar’s joint venture with Dubai Holding, The Wilds Residences further advances the masterplan’s ambition to integrate residential life with ecological preservation. The wider community is conceived as an immersive natural environment where families and young residents are surrounded by greenery and wildlife habitats.
The new phase comprises 740 residences, including one- to three-bedroom apartments and two- to three-bedroom duplexes. The architecture draws on organic forms and contemporary design principles, set within landscaped open spaces planted with native and fruit-bearing trees. Integrated wildlife habitats enhance biodiversity while reinforcing privacy and environmental comfort.
At podium level, a winding landscaped pathway anchors the development, connecting gardens, shaded trails, themed discovery areas and nature-inspired play spaces. The podium also accommodates essential amenities including retail outlets, a nursery, a clinic and covered parking.

Beyond the residential buildings, the broader Wilds masterplan offers expansive parks, open lawns, cycling and fitness trails, and multiple nature-oriented clubhouses. At its heart sits a central park and the Nest Pavilion, a social and educational hub designed to foster community connection and environmental awareness. The masterplan also incorporates incidental play areas, interactive splash pads, shallow streams, retail components and a premium international school with outdoor learning spaces.
Strategically positioned along Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, opposite Global Village, The Wilds offers direct connectivity to Dubai’s major destinations while maintaining a secluded, nature-first setting.
The Wilds masterplan is the first community in the UAE to achieve both LEED Platinum and Fitwel 3-Star certifications, reinforcing Aldar’s sustainability-led approach and long-term environmental commitments.
The development is open to buyers of all nationalities and will be available for sale from 2 March.
