Parris Ullrich is the Middle East Director at Macro, where she leads the regional Facilities Management business across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. Parris Ullrich - Middle East Director, Macro

Macro is a global Facilities Management and workplace services specialist, operating through a management-led model focused on governance, performance, transparency, and strategic oversight. Unlike traditional self-delivery FM providers, Macro works through a curated supply-chain structure, giving clients access to specialist expertise, flexibility, and strong accountability across complex portfolios.

With more than two and a half decades of experience across Facilities Management and real estate operations, Ullrich has built a career defined by operational leadership, commercial discipline, and long-term relationship management. Her experience spans regional operations, account leadership, business development, portfolio management, and strategic growth.

She currently oversees an AED 150 million regional portfolio comprising more than 25 contracts, 156 management employees, and over 300 supply-chain partners. Her remit includes regional P&L responsibility, client escalation management, retention strategy, sector growth, organisational development, and strengthening Macro’s presence across the Middle East.

A defining aspect of Ullrich’s leadership is her ability to position Macro’s management-led FM model in a market traditionally dominated by self-delivery structures. Rather than competing only on manpower or price, she has helped shift client conversations toward governance, operational maturity, supplier performance, and long-term value.

Her leadership philosophy centres on visibility, accountability, and trust. She views Facilities Management as a discipline that goes beyond maintaining buildings, focusing instead on environments that support people, business continuity, and long-term performance. She remains closely connected to clients and operational teams, balancing commercial discipline with a people-focused leadership style.

Ullrich has also championed data-led reporting, stronger governance frameworks, and improved performance visibility across portfolios. Her work supports smarter decision-making, sustainability goals, and more proactive FM strategies across the built environment.

Through her regional leadership, Parris Ullrich continues to help shape Macro’s growth in the Middle East, strengthening its position as a trusted FM partner for clients seeking performance, transparency, and long-term operational value.
