As CEO, Vidal Fernández oversees the company’s operations, business strategy, commercial performance, client relationships, and workforce development. She leads multidisciplinary teams of more than 4,600 professionals delivering hard and soft FM services while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Before assuming her current role, she held several senior leadership positions within FMM, including Operations Director and Director of Special Projects. These roles gave her extensive experience in large-scale FM operations, complex contract mobilization, and service delivery across diverse asset classes.
A strong advocate for innovation and continuous improvement, Vidal Fernández has championed the integration of advanced technologies across FMM’s operations, including virtual reality training, robotics, drone-assisted operations, BIM integration, and AI-driven initiatives. Her leadership approach emphasizes efficiency, accountability, collaboration, and long-term value creation.
Sustainability and operational resilience also remain central to her management philosophy. Through initiatives focused on resource efficiency, asset performance, and environmentally responsible FM practices, she continues to support the evolving needs of clients and Qatar’s wider development goals.
