A Comprehensive Expansion

Spanning 4.68 million square meters, the expansion will introduce over 12,000 residential units across six distinct districts: Central Park, Village, Town Centre & Grand Lake, Golf Course North, Golf Course South, and Equestrian Village. The residential offerings include 780 villas, 752 estate homes, 97 branded residences, 62 ultra-luxury hilltop mansions, and 10,654 apartments, collectively accommodating over 51,700 residents.

“The unveiling of Jumeirah Golf Estates – The Next Chapter represents a pivotal milestone for Wasl and a defining moment for the evolution of urban development in Dubai,” said H.E. Hesham Abdullah Al Qassim, Group CEO of Wasl. “Through visionary planning, sustainable design principles, and an unwavering commitment to enhancing quality of life, we are shaping the communities of tomorrow. This is the foundation upon which enduring legacies are built – communities that not only reflect today’s aspirations but also serve the needs of generations to come.

Enhanced Connectivity and Amenities

Strategically located along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the development offers direct access to the upcoming Etihad Rail station and the existing Jumeirah Golf Estates Metro Station. Additional connectivity is provided via Al Khail Road and Al Fay Road, with proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport enhancing both regional and international accessibility.

The masterplan emphasizes green living, featuring 1.5 million square meters of open spaces and a 131,850 square meter Central Park, set to become one of Dubai’s largest urban parks. Residents will benefit from a wide range of amenities, including a five-star Mandarin Oriental resort, a new 18-hole championship golf course, a 5,000-seat tennis stadium, an equestrian center, and a state-of-the-art multi-sport complex.

Community Infrastructure

To support the growing community, the development includes a 46,000 square meter international school, nurseries, healthcare centers, and 48,000 square meters of retail and food & beverage space. These facilities are designed to create a self-sustaining, well-rounded environment that caters to the diverse needs of residents and promotes a vibrant, inclusive lifestyle.
