Emaar and DWTC Launch Terra Gardens at Expo City Dubai

DUBAI, UAE: Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have unveiled Terra Gardens, the newest phase of their joint venture at Expo City Dubai, marking another milestone in the development of the Expo Living master community, valued as one of Dubai’s most forward-thinking urban destinations.

Following the strong market response to Terra Heights, this second phase brings a renewed focus on sustainability, community living, and modern design, aligning with Dubai’s long-term urban development vision.

A New Chapter for Expo Living

Spanning 451,295 square metres, Expo Living integrates residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial spaces, designed to foster connectivity and wellbeing. The latest masterplan will include five residential communities comprising 3,555 units, supported by green parks, leisure spaces, and world-class amenities.

The newly launched Terra Gardens community introduces 560 residential units, with further phases to follow.
