SEDRA (Riyadh)

SEDRA, ROSHN’s flagship project in Riyadh, spans 20 million square meters and is set to deliver over 30,000 homes. This development is designed to reflect Saudi architectural heritage while incorporating modern amenities, offering a dynamic urban lifestyle for families and professionals alike.

WAREFA (Riyadh)

Another major project in Riyadh, WAREFA, covers 1.4 million square meters and features 2,300 residential units. With extensive green spaces, educational institutions, healthcare centers, and retail hubs, WAREFA is set to become a model for integrated living in the Kingdom’s capital.

ALAROUS (Jeddah)

Inspired by Jeddah’s historical and cultural heritage, ALAROUS spans 4 million square meters and includes 18,000 homes. Designed for modern urban living, it features a mix of contemporary and traditional architectural styles, alongside essential services such as hospitals, schools, and recreational areas.

MARAFY (Jeddah)

MARAFY is one of ROSHN’s most ambitious projects, introducing Saudi Arabia’s first man-made canal stretching 11 kilometers. This mixed-use development will accommodate over 130,000 residents and bring waterfront living to Jeddah, offering a unique and luxurious urban experience.

ALFULWA (AlHafouf)

Located in AlHafouf, ALFULWA is set to be a major residential development covering 10.8 million square meters and providing 18,000 homes. It will feature a comprehensive range of amenities, including parks, retail outlets, schools, and healthcare facilities, ensuring a high quality of life for its residents.

Expanding Beyond Housing: A Multi-Asset Development Strategy

Beyond residential projects, ROSHN is evolving into a multi-asset developer, expanding its footprint into commercial, retail, and industrial developments. This strategic diversification aligns with Saudi Arabia’s broader economic goals, supporting job creation, business growth, and the enhancement of infrastructure.

ROSHN is also focused on strengthening Saudi Arabia’s construction sector by investing in local businesses and talent. In a recent announcement, the company committed SAR 1.5 billion (approximately US$400 million) towards infrastructure and retail development in its flagship communities.
