OSUS Real Estate Development Company has unveiled OSUS EYE, a major new mixed-use development in northern Riyadh. With an investment of over USD 534 million (SAR 2 billion), the project reflects Saudi Arabia’s commitment to urban sustainability and forward-thinking real estate aligned with Vision 2030.

Strategically Located and Thoughtfully Designed

Located at the intersection of Takhassusi Road and Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Road, OSUS EYE will span a gross floor area of more than 1.94 million square feet (180,000 square meters). The master plan integrates residential, commercial, hospitality, and public spaces, including:

627 residential units, comprising apartments and townhouses across 886,700 sq ft (82,370 sqm)
A Hilton Garden Inn hotel and a Curio Collection by Hilton branded residences tower
504,300 sq ft (46,854 sqm) allocated for retail and office space
677,100 sq ft (62,893 sqm) of landscaped green spaces, dining venues, cafes, and pedestrian zones
1.67 million sq ft (155,400 sqm) of multi-storey parking to support residents and visitors
