Dubai Holding Asset Management has officially opened Nad Al Sheba Mall, a 500,000-square-foot lifestyle and retail destination in the heart of the Nad Al Sheba community. The mall features over 100 outlets spanning fitness, retail, food and beverage, entertainment, healthcare, and supermarkets.
Early tenants include high-profile names such as Home Bakery, Joud Coffee, PDL Café, Parka, Homer Lobster, % Arabica, Fun City, Spinneys, GO Sport, and SALT. Fitness-focused brands FitnGlam and Fitcode, along with Union Coop, are scheduled to open in May 2025, with additional brands set to launch in the coming months.
The mall's amenities include a rooftop gym, swimming pool, padel courts, and over 900 parking spaces, catering to both convenience and leisure. Its proximity to schools and residential areas is expected to draw significant foot traffic, making it a new community hotspot.
Nad Al Sheba Mall joins Dubai Holding Asset Management’s extensive portfolio, which includes Nakheel Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dragon Mart, The Outlet Village, and major destinations such as Bluewaters, JBR, and West Beach.
The mall is open daily from 10am to 10pm on weekdays and until midnight on weekends.
