Image: WAMABU DHABI, UAE – Modon has recorded approximately $340.3 million (AED1.25 billion) in sales following the complete sell-out of the final phase of Bashayer, its premium waterfront residential community on Hudayriyat Island, according to WAM.
The latest release sold out within a single day of launch, reflecting continued demand for master-planned waterfront developments in Abu Dhabi. Modon said 71% of buyers were new customers, highlighting the project's appeal to a broad base of homebuyers and investors.
Bashayer offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, alongside four-bedroom penthouses and newly introduced two- and four-bedroom townhouses designed to cater to a range of lifestyle preferences.
Located on Hudayriyat Island, the waterfront community features a 3.5-kilometre promenade with walkable piers extending into the water, providing residents with direct access to the island's coastal environment.
The development also includes a range of lifestyle amenities, including landscaped parks, a fully equipped gym, hydrotherapy facilities, children's play areas and retail outlets, creating a comprehensive residential environment focused on wellness and everyday convenience.
The strong sales performance underscores continued buyer confidence in Abu Dhabi's residential market and Hudayriyat Island's emergence as one of the capital's most sought-after waterfront destinations.
