DUBAI, UAE: HRE Development has appointed Mohammad Al Sari as Chief Executive Officer, promoting the company's former Chief Development Officer as it enters its next phase of growth and expansion.

Al Sari brings more than 20 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector, with expertise spanning property development, wellness-oriented design and architectural excellence.

His appointment follows his leadership of key development activities at HRE Development, including the successful delivery of Skyhills Residences 1 six months ahead of schedule.

The company said Al Sari has consistently advocated for early project delivery as an operational discipline rather than a marketing strategy, an approach that is expected to remain central to HRE Development's future development pipeline.

"Appointing Mr. Al Sari as CEO marks a significant milestone for HRE Development," said Mohamed Adib Hijazi, Chairman of HRE Development. "His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our vision, accelerating strategic growth, and ensuring we continue to deliver developments built with purpose, quality, and lasting value."

As CEO, Al Sari will oversee the company's strategy as HRE Development continues to focus on premium residential projects across Dubai.

Commenting on his appointment, Al Sari stated: "Our focus is to take HRE Development to the next level. We are deeply committed to building premium projects in Dubai’s most sought after communities, ensuring we give both investors and end users the opportunity to be a central part of the city's future."

His appointment also places a focus on the relationship between Dubai's expanding infrastructure network and the emergence of new residential investment locations.

Beyond project delivery, Al Sari brings a forward-looking perspective to urban expansion and real estate investment strategy.

He expects major infrastructure developments, including the upcoming Dubai Gold Line, to bring residential hubs such as Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), MBR City and Meydan into sharper focus for global investors.

The approach reflects HRE Development's strategy of positioning its future developments within communities expected to benefit from Dubai's continued infrastructure and urban expansion.

Al Sari will also lead the company's in-house construction arm, HRE Contracting and Construction, which oversees design, procurement and final handover without relying heavily on third-party contractors.

According to the company, the integrated structure provides greater end-to-end quality control across its development portfolio, with construction activities managed internally from design and procurement through to final delivery.

The model also supports HRE Development's emphasis on project execution and delivery timelines, demonstrated by the completion of Skyhills Residences 1 six months ahead of schedule.

With Al Sari now leading both the company's broader development strategy and its in-house construction capabilities, HRE Development is positioning operational control, project delivery and expansion within key Dubai communities at the centre of its next stage of growth.
