The figures point to continued participation by Emirati women in Sharjah's real estate market as the emirate develops its investment and regulatory environment.
The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department said that celebrating Emirati Women’s Day is a moment of pride in the achievements made by UAE women across all sectors.
The department linked these achievements to the National Strategy for Empowerment of Emirati Women (2023–2031), launched by H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the “Mother of the Nation”, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood (SCMC), and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF).
It also highlighted the efforts of H.H. Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, to invest in women's capabilities and provide a legislative and societal environment that strengthens their participation.
The department reaffirmed its commitment to continuing this approach to ensure women remain essential partners in the sustainable development and economic renaissance witnessed by the UAE.
