Image: SuppliedDubai, UAE: Dubai-based Deyaar Development PJSC has officially broken ground on DWTN Residences, a flagship residential development positioned to redefine urban living in the emirate. The groundbreaking ceremony, attended by senior executives and members of the leadership team, signals the start of construction on one of Deyaar’s most ambitious projects to date.
The development forms part of Deyaar’s broader strategy to deliver design-led, community-focused residential projects that respond to evolving lifestyle expectations in Dubai’s property market.
DWTN Residences will comprise more than 522 residential units, offering a diverse mix of one- to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses, and a signature Royal Palace located at the pinnacle of the tower. The residential offering has been designed to cater to a wide spectrum of end users, from urban professionals to families seeking premium city living.
A defining feature of the project is the integration of more than 75,000 square feet of amenities within the tower. These shared spaces are intended to transform the building into a self-sustained vertical community, extending the residential experience beyond private homes to include lifestyle, wellness, and social environments within a single address.

As the company continues to expand its portfolio across the UAE, Al Qatami highlighted Deyaar’s emphasis on community-centric developments that prioritise sustainability, functionality, and design integrity.
“This project exemplifies our vision for a future where every Deyaar property enhances both Dubai’s skyline and the lives of its inhabitants,” he added.
“Breaking ground on DWTN marks a bold new chapter for Deyaar. Our goal is to create spaces that inspire, nurture, and enrich the lives of future residents,” Al Qatami concluded.
Once completed, DWTN Residences is expected to reflect Dubai’s broader ambitions for liveable, high-quality urban environments, positioning the project as a benchmark for future luxury residential developments in the city. As construction progresses, the development aims to stand out as a symbol of innovation, integrated living, and long-term value creation within Dubai’s evolving residential landscape.
