Dubai, UAE – September 25, 2025: Deyaar Development PJSC (Deyaar) has announced the launch of the final phase of its Park Five community in Dubai Production City, introducing two new residential projects, Ivy and Alder. This phase adds 277 residential units with modern designs, completing the vibrant mixed-use community that has already seen success with its initial buildings: Elm, Ember, and Neem.
