Arada Launches Inaura Fitness-Led Residences in Downtown Dubai

Dubai, UAE: Arada has unveiled Inaura, a new urban hospitality and branded residences concept anchored in fitness and kinetic wellness, with its debut development, Inaura Downtown, scheduled to launch sales by the end of January. The brand is built around the idea of kinetic wellness, integrating movement, balance and everyday wellbeing into the cadence of city life.

Architecture Designed Around Movement and Energy

Designed by Dutch architectural studio MVRDV, Inaura Downtown is set to become a distinctive addition to the Downtown Dubai skyline. Rising more than 200 metres across 42 floors, the tower is defined by a central orb that houses a social and dining destination offering 360-degree views of Burj Khalifa, Business Bay and Dubai Mall. The building is conceived as a vertical journey, transitioning from energetic, city-facing spaces at street level to calmer, more private environments higher up, reflecting a curated progression from activity to recovery.

Branded Residences and Hotel Living in the Heart of Downtown

Inaura Downtown comprises a luxury hotel tower alongside 114 branded residences, including The Sky Penthouse, a three-storey, six-bedroom home, two duplex five-bedroom Sky Villas, and a range of one- to four-bedroom apartments.

Amenities at Inaura Downtown are designed to support a fully integrated fitness- and wellness-led lifestyle. These include a 3,000 square metre, multi-level Formative gym and fitness centre with yoga, boxing, Pilates and dance studios; a fully fledged medical clinic; and a holistic spa offering cryotherapy, hydrotherapy, and immersive sound and bath therapies. The development also features a range of food and beverage venues across the ground podiums and the tower’s signature orb, which will host a Sky Lounge, alongside co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a cinema, library and children’s play area.
