Situated between Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Downtown Dubai, this flagship project aims to redefine luxury living by integrating advanced wellness features into residential and hospitality offerings.
Akala Hotel & Residences comprises two 220-meter towers connected by a shared podium housing state-of-the-art spa, fitness, and clinical wellness facilities. The development includes 534 branded residences, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to a two-level penthouse known as The Observatory, offering panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa.
Sales for the AED 5 billion ($1.36 billion) project are set to commence on Saturday, May 31, with a two-day event at Dubai’s Museum of the Future.
Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Executive Vice Chairman of Arada, stated:

Following the Dubai launch, Arada plans to expand the Akala concept to international markets, including other Middle Eastern locations, Europe, and Australia.
