Duncan Denley is a UK Chartered Landscape Architect and Founder and Managing Director of desert INK, an international design practice. Based in the Middle East since 2002, he has spent over two decades shaping some of the region’s most distinctive and engaging landscapes.

His work has had a defining influence across the region, spanning landmark projects such as the award-winning The Block at Dubai Design District, Abu Dhabi Airport, King Salman Park in Riyadh, and the Terra Sustainability Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai. Duncan brings a global perspective, having lived and worked in the UK, USA, and UAE, and has taught as a visiting lecturer across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the MENA region.
