Dubai approved the new $9.25 billion Metro Gold Line, a 42-kilometre network with 18 stations designed to improve connectivity and support future growth across the city.

Meraas awarded $653.5 million in contracts for The Acres and The Acres Estates in Dubailand, adding 557 villas and reinforcing demand for family-focused residential communities.

The recap also looks at Citadel’s launch of Dubai operations from DIFC, a move that strengthens the emirate’s position as a global financial hub and supports continued demand for premium business districts.

In Abu Dhabi, ALAIN broke ground on the $109 million Vida Residences Saadiyat Island, a branded residential project that is already sold out. Emirates Stallions Group also reported $101 million in Q1 revenue growth, supported by its real estate and manpower services platforms.
