Dubai is expanding the use of artificial intelligence across government operations with the rollout of its Workforce Productivity Measurement System across 32 government entities.

In this Property News International recap, we examine how the system connects human resources, financial resources, and government service outputs within a unified data framework designed to improve planning, resource allocation, and decision-making.

Developed over five years, the platform uses advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to track productivity indicators across government entities. The initiative also forms part of Dubai’s wider push toward a more data-driven government model, where performance measurement and policy development are increasingly supported by artificial intelligence.

At the same time, Dubai’s AI+ program is targeting 50,000 government employees with training in AI tools, automation, and AI agents, while the wider data and AI strategy aims to support more than $2.72 billion in GDP growth within two years of operation.

Watch the full recap to learn how Dubai is integrating AI into government performance, workforce development, and public-sector decision-making.
