BEYOND Developments has unveiled EVERMORE, its first fully masterplanned waterfront destination on Marjan Beach in Ras Al Khaimah, marking the company’s expansion beyond Dubai and the opening chapter of its 2026 growth strategy.
Spanning more than 7 million square feet of gross floor area with a projected gross development value exceeding AED 25 billion, EVERMORE is positioned as a long-term cultural and residential district integrating hospitality, retail, landscaped public spaces, and 3.5 kilometres of accessible beachfront within a unified pedestrian masterplan.
Located opposite Wynn Al Marjan Island, the project occupies one of the most strategic beachfront plots within Ras Al Khaimah’s emerging Beach District. The masterplan includes approximately 250,000 square metres of landscaped open space anchored by a central botanical garden, alongside 1 million square feet of hospitality and branded residential offerings, a festival plaza, botanical souks, an F&B village, and a continuous beachfront promenade.
