Abu Dhabi's residential property market is showing strong signs of recovery, with new data from Bayut and dubizzle revealing rising buyer activity, growing demand, and renewed momentum across both ready and off-plan communities.
According to the latest analysis, property views recovered to 95% of the 2026 baseline, while active users, unique buyers, and agent responsiveness all recorded significant improvements. The report also highlights continued demand across some of the emirate's most sought-after locations, including Yas Island, Al Reem Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Raha Beach, Masdar City, Al Shamkha, Khalifa City, and Al Reef.
Based on AI-led analysis of more than 7,000 property enquiries, the findings suggest that both buyers and tenants remain actively engaged, supported by a transparent regulatory environment and sustained interest in established and emerging residential communities.
