Zoya Developments marks the start of construction on Elinor by Zoya in Dubai South. (Image source: Zoya Developments)Dubai, UAE - Zoya Developments has started construction on Elinor by Zoya, a $28.3 million (AED104 million) residential development in Dubai South, less than two months after bringing the project to market.
The scheme sold out in under two weeks following its launch, with sales handled through Zoya Developments’ exclusive partnership with First Prime Properties.
The developer said demand came from both end users and investors, helping the project move quickly from launch into the construction phase.
Elinor will comprise fully furnished studio and two-bedroom apartments, with the homes designed around functional layouts, contemporary interiors and a range of lifestyle and wellness amenities.

The groundbreaking also forms part of Zoya Developments’ wider expansion in Dubai. Within two years of entering the market, the company says its launched and pipeline developments have reached a combined value of $326.7 million (AED1.2 billion).
Dubai South remains a key focus of that growth strategy, with Zoya building its residential presence in the district through Elinor and other planned projects.
The company highlighted the area’s longer-term development outlook, supported by the expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport, Expo City Dubai and major infrastructure investment across the wider district.
Zoya said the rapid progression of Elinor from launch to construction reflects its focus on moving projects into execution while continuing to expand its residential portfolio.
The developer is pursuing further growth in Dubai while maintaining an emphasis on construction progress, project delivery and residential communities aimed at changing buyer and resident requirements.
