In a record-breaking launch that underscores India’s rising appetite for branded luxury real estate, all 298 Trump-branded residences in Gurugram were sold out on launch day, raking in an impressive ₹3,250 crore (approximately $391 million) in total sales.
The project, a collaboration between Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers, is located in Sector 69, Gurugram, and comprises two ultra-premium residential towers — each soaring 51 storeys into the skyline of the Delhi-NCR region.
Ultra-Luxury Demand Soars in Delhi-NCR
Announced in a joint statement on Tuesday, both developers hailed the sell-out as a landmark moment for India’s high-end housing segment.
“This overwhelming response is a strong validation of the growing demand for ultra-luxury, branded residences in India,” said Vivek Anand, CEO of Smartworld Developers. “The Trump name continues to hold global appeal, and Gurugram’s elite homebuyers are clearly aligned with the brand’s promise of luxury and exclusivity.”
Kalpesh Mehta, Founder of Tribeca Developers and the exclusive representative of the Trump brand in India, echoed the sentiment:
“To sell ₹3,250 crore worth of inventory on launch day is historic. It proves that Indian luxury real estate has entered a new era — one where global lifestyle brands like Trump play a central role in shaping buyer aspirations.”
The Project: Trump Living in the Heart of Gurugram
Located strategically along Southern Peripheral Road in Sector 69, the development offers proximity to top business hubs, international schools, and high-end retail centers. The 298 residences come with premium offerings such as:
Residents will also have access to a range of hospitality-inspired services, staying true to the Trump brand’s legacy of five-star living experiences.
India’s Branded Home Boom
The success of Trump Residences Gurugram signals the continuing rise of branded residences in India, where homebuyers are increasingly seeking value beyond square footage — favoring unique design, prestige, and premium service.
India is already home to multiple Trump-branded developments in Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata, and the brand’s entry into Gurugram further cements its footprint in India’s fastest-growing luxury housing markets.
According to real estate analysts, the rapid sell-out also highlights the strength of end-user-driven demand in NCR’s upper housing segment, even amid broader macroeconomic concerns.
Smartworld and Tribeca have hinted at further expansion, given the strong buyer sentiment. More branded luxury projects may follow in other top-tier Indian cities, catering to the next generation of affluent homeowners looking for global-standard living experiences.
