Image: Burtville DevelopmentsABU DHABI, UAE - Burtville Developments has reported strong construction momentum across its active project portfolio, with the majority of developments progressing ahead of planned construction targets and scheduled delivery milestones despite ongoing market pressures and rising regional construction costs.
According to data published on the DARI platform of Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipalities and Transport, seven out of eight projects currently under construction by Burtville Developments are advancing ahead of their expected timelines. The results come amid continued increases in construction material costs and broader regional market challenges experienced since the end of February.
The DARI platform data showed that actual construction progress across several Burtville projects exceeded the expected completion percentages recorded on the system, reflecting consistent execution performance and project management efficiency.
Ville 11 recorded the strongest performance within the portfolio, advancing 20.52% ahead of its expected completion target. Bab Al Qasr Canal View Residence 22 followed, progressing 10.78% ahead of schedule, while Bab Al Qasr Residence 31 exceeded expectations by 4.32%.
Additional projects also continued to outperform scheduled targets. Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 66 advanced 2.76% above expectations, while Ville 12 exceeded its projected construction target by 2.40%. Bab Al Qasr Residence 25 progressed 1.17% ahead of schedule, and Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence 19 remained fully aligned with its planned construction milestones, reflecting stable execution and delivery consistency.
Meanwhile, Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence 18 recorded a minor variance of 1% below expected construction progress. The company stated that project teams continue to maintain steady execution efforts aimed at accelerating progress and returning the development to its targeted delivery trajectory.
The performance across the portfolio highlights Burtville Developments’ operational resilience amid ongoing supply chain disruptions, rising equipment costs, and broader market volatility impacting the regional construction sector.
The developer said its project management teams continue to closely monitor all active developments through an integrated control framework designed to maintain execution efficiency and construction momentum across all stages of delivery.
Burtville Developments confirmed that construction progress across its portfolio continues to advance steadily. As of the end of May 2025, Burtville confirmed the following completion rates across its active portfolio: Ville 11 has reached 99%, while Bab Al Qasr Canal View Residence 22 stands at 19%. Bab Al Qasr Residence 31 at 40.3% , Ville 12 at 41%, and Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 66 has reached 15.2%. Bab Al Qasr Residence 25 is at 38%, Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence 19 at 38.6%, and Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence 18 at 40.4%.
Burtville Developments reaffirmed its commitment to delivering all projects within contractual timelines, supported by advanced project management systems, specialised engineering teams, and an integrated project control structure designed to maintain quality and delivery standards across its developments.
