The completion of enabling works by Dutch Foundations has paved the way for the appointment of Al Basti & Muktha (ABM) as the primary contractor

Developer Sankari has officially broken ground on its landmark project, Regent Residences Dubai, Sankari Place, situated in the prestigious Marasi Marina district. This development represents a major milestone for both Sankari and the Regent brand under IHG Hotels & Resorts, as it will be the first-ever standalone Regent-branded residential project in the world.
Following the completion of enabling works by Dutch Foundations, Al Basti & Muktha (ABM) has been appointed as the main contractor under a US $272 million contract for the project’s full construction, which is scheduled for completion within 34 months.
“The groundbreaking of Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place marks a defining moment for Sankari and for luxury living in Dubai,” said Mark Phoenix, CEO of Sankari. “This project reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence and timeless design. Together with our world-class partners, Al Basti & Muktha and Foster + Partners, we are shaping an iconic residential address that embodies the Regent spirit of serene luxury and contemporary sophistication.”
