Richmind Holding, a prominent developer, has announced its entry into the UAE's luxury real estate market with the launch of 'Oystra', a landmark project designed by the late Zaha Hadid. Situated on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, Oystra is set to redefine luxury living in the region.
The official unveiling of Oystra is scheduled for April 25th at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. The event will feature a special performance by renowned English singer Craig David, underscoring Richmind's commitment to integrating global culture and the arts into its developments.
Mohammed Rafiee, CEO of Richmind, expressed his vision for the project, stating, "Our upcoming project isn’t just a structure – it’s a living, breathing statement of art and intent." He further emphasized the importance of architecture that inspires and engages with its surroundings and people.
Oystra will comprise luxury residences, including apartments, duplexes, and penthouses. The development will also feature world-class beach club and spa brands, along with a celebrated culinary concept located at the highest point of the project. This iconic dining destination will be surrounded by Ras Al Khaimah’s first and only 360° infinity pool, offering some of the most breathtaking views on Al Marjan Island.
With plans to deliver over 1,000 premium units this year, Richmind is actively contributing to market growth by creating lucrative opportunities for investors seeking long-term returns and a premium lifestyle.
